Timberlake denied the latest rumours claiming he would be teaming with ex-girlfriend Britney Spears to collaborate on a single, reports Starpulse.com.

Spears is currently at the studios recording material for her follow-up album to Blackout, released in 2007.

Certain rumours were circulating that the album was going to include a duet with Timberlake, her ex-boyfriend.

However, Timberlake’s rep has denied the news, insisting that his schedule would not allow him to record with Spears.

Spears and Timberlake split in 2002, after dating for four years.
