Singer Justin Timberlake, who has not had a new album since Until the End of Time in 2007, reveals that he is currently focusing on his film career, according to thisislondon.co.uk. Although he says he’s always composing new songs, he’s not sure when he will make another album.
“Does a painter make a painting because he has to make it by December 21st? No, he doesn’t. It happens when it pours out of him. That’s how music is for me … I never stop making music. I don’t know what else to tell you, except that I just don’t know in what capacity I want to be involved anymore …
“All I’m saying is, in very simple terms, I’ll know when I know. And until I know, I don’t know when I’ll put another album out,” said Timberlake, 29.
Timberlake enjoys acting, but feels he has to work hard to land film roles because of his musical background. Today (October 1),, he is appearing on the big screen with the release of The Social Network film based on the story of Facebook and its co-founder, Mark Zuckerberg .
Timberlake tested extensively for the role, before landing the part of Sean Parker, Napster co-founder. The film also stars Jesse Eisenberg and Andrew Garfield.
