It has been confirmed that Justin Timberlake, Mariah Carey, Beyoncé and Rihanna will perform at the Fashion Rocks concert in New York, reports FemaleFirst.
The concert, which is a marriage of music and style, will take place at Radio City Music Hall in September, and will also be aired as a two-hour televised special.
Profits earned from the concert will be given to Stand Up to Cancer, a programme established to promote cancer research.
Keith Urban, Chris Brown, Kid Rock, Fergie, Lil Wayne and the Black Eyed Peas will also join the star-studded concert lineup.
