Taking advantage of the latest vampire craze in Hollywood, the cast of Priest has added a new actor to play the lead vampire.
Shooting for Priest begins next week in Los Angeles, and Karl Urban has been chosen to play Black Hat, the head vamp of the malevolent Bloodsuckers.
The film follows a priest (Paul Bettany), who joins a sheriff and a warrior priestess to track down a band of killer vampires ruled by Black Hat, who has kidnapped his niece.
The story is set in a world ravaged by war between humans and vampires, inspired by the TokyoPop comic book that is well known for its manga.
