Kate Bosworth Shooting with Jean-Marc Vallée

Kate Bosworth will live a double life in Lost Girls and Love Hotels.

Producer Jean-Marc Vallée just secured funding for his film, Café de Flore, in Quebec. He has also signed on to produce his second American movie, Lost Girls and Love Hotels, starring Kate Bosworth (21, Superman Returns, Beyond the Sea).

The Hollywood Reporter announced that Bosworth will co-produce the movie with Relativity Media.

Nadia Conners penned the script inspired by the Catherine-Hanrahan novel, published in 2006. Bosworth will play the role of a woman trying to forget her past. During the day, she works as an English specialist in a company that trains flight attendants in Tokyo. By night, she delves into adventures filled with sex and drugs. She eventually gets a reality check when a young Western woman disappears.

This will be Vallée’s second American film (C.R.A.Z.Y.). He also directed Emily Blunt (The Devil Wears Prada), Rupert Friend (Pride & Prejudice), and Paul Bettany (The Da Vinci Code) in The Young Victoria, set to hit theatres December 18, 2010.

As for Kate Bosworth, she will be starring in The Warrior’s Way in 2010, which doesn’t yet have a release date. She will also star in Straw Dogs on February 25, 2011.
