According to Us magazine, it seems that A-Rod has had enough of Kate Hudson’s star attitude, which is why their six-month romance came to a screeching halt.
A source close to the baseball player revealed that the intense focus on the actress at Yankees parties had been a problem for Rodriguez. The source revealed, "[Hudson] wanted more camera time each and every game. She would always want to be styled before games and she’d insist on front-row seats."
The athlete’s friend added that the Hudson was more concerned about socializing rather than paying attention to her beau. "It was a turnoff to have a girlfriend who always wanted to be on camera. Alex wanted someone who was more interested in building a long-term relationship than just building their profile," the friend explained.
It’s been over a week since the couple split, but the two stars were still seen together in the public eye after the breakup.
Before dating A-Rod, Kate Hudson was romantically linked to Owen Wilson, Dax Shepard and Lance Armstrong. She also has a 5-year-old son with ex-husband Chris Robinson.
