FemaleFirst reported that Hudson stated that her 3-year-old son Ryder gets very excited when he sees his mother on television, but is not at an age to understand that she is a big Hollywood star.
Hudson told People magazine, "I don’t think he has any understanding of it. I think he’s aware that it’s mommy’s job."
Hudson separated from Ryder’s father, Chris Robinson. The actress stated that her son would like to do some acting.
The 28-year-old actress also has celebrity parents. Her mother is Goldie Hawn and her stepfather is Kurt Russell.
