The publicist for the 29-year-old actress did not hesitate to slam rumours spread by The Sun tabloid, saying that Wilson and Hudson are engaged.
The rumours were sparked after Hudson was spotted wearing a ring on the set. Her rep asserted, "She’s definitely not engaged," and added, "She’s shooting a movie called Bride Wars, which explains the ring."
In the movie Hudson is shooting, she will play opposite Anne Hathaway. The story shows best friends feuding because they want to get married on the same date. It will be in theatres in 2009.
