Moss is suing News of the World which wrote that she was part of an orgy during her 34th birthday celebrations. US Magazine stated that this story was pure fiction.
The British tabloid wrote in their January 20th edition that the model kissed and fondled a man and two other women while others watched at the Dorchester Hotel.
A friend close to Moss expressed, "She’s spitting mad over the News of the World story. Not only were their lies hurtful, but they’re also not at all true. She’s a mum and doesn’t want these kind of lies written about her."
One of Moss’ representatives from Storm Agency confirmed that legal measures have been taken.
