According to the website Femalefirst, Holmes delivered a Christmas tree and presents to an underpriviled family in Los Angeles on her special day.
The Superman Begins star was joined by her husband, actor Tom Cruise, and his adopted children, Connor, 11, and Isabella, 13.
Rumours have also been circulating that the 28 year-old star is pregnant again. Holmes and Cruise became the parents of a daughter, Suri, last April. Holmes recently attended a movie premiere with what appeared to be a baby bump, although a representative for Cruise said, "To our knowledge, Katie is not pregnant."
