Katie Holmes Honours Judy Garland

Katie Holmes paid tribute to Judy Garland during the show So You Think You Can Dance.

The actress made a guest appearance on So You Think You Can Dance, doing a number honouring Judy Garland.

Holmes sang and danced, dressed in shorts and a black satin jacket. She participated on the show in support of the Dizzy Feet Foundation, which raises money for singers, choreographers and dance teachers.

The foundation was created by judge Nigel Lythgoe, director Adam Shankman and Carrie Ann Inaba from Dancing With the Stars.

“I’m here today because I was approached to be a part of the Dizzy Feet Foundation. I’m also very good friends with Tice Diorio who is an incredible choreographer… He came up with what I think is a great idea [for the performance] and we’ve had a great [time] doing it,” said Holmes.
