Katie Price: ‘The last thing on my mind is make-up’

Katie Price insists she doesn’t wear make-up.

The British TV personality – who is pregnant with her fifth child and has sons Harvey, 12, Junior, eight, and daughter Princess, six, from previous relationships, as well as nine-month-old baby Jett with her husband Kieran Hayler – is famed for her high-maintenance look including fan tan, hair extensions and heavy eye make-up, but the mum-of-four claims she doesn’t have time to focus on the way she looks because she’s too busy raising her children.

She told the MailOnline: ”The older you get, the less interested in make-up you are. A smoky eye is ageing and with four kids, the last thing on my mind is make-up.

”In fact, I don’t wear any. Vaseline is the only thing in my make-up bag to keep my lips moisturised.”

Katie – who recently exposed her spouse’s affair with her best friend Jane Pountney – revealed there are only four beauty treatments she makes time for on a weekly basis.

She confessed: ”I have my eyelashes and eyebrows tinted every week. I think good brows are really important and I love having a matching manicure and pedicure. I’ve had the same girl doing it for six years.”

The businesswoman and glamour model sported a garish multicolored dress teamed with knee high socks and sparkly pink heels during a photocall for hair dye removal product ColourB4 yesterday (06.04.14).

However, she usually opts for comfort over style because she doesn’t care about what others think about the way she looks.

She added: ”Well, let’s just say I’ve never been voted best-dressed and I’m always in the worst dressed category but I don’t care.

‘I’ve got better things in my life than to worry about what I’m wearing. I prefer being comfortable and I know I can dress up when I want to.”
