According to Femalefirst, there have been reports that the Matrix star has proposed marriage to Forlani, 34, after a three-year courtship. The proposal reportedly took place at the Hollywood restaurant Cut.
Reeves, 41, says that there is no truth at all to that story, adding that the two are only good friends, and nothing more.
The actor, who has admitted that he hopes to marry one day, has had his share of heartbreak. He and Jennifer Syme had a still-born daughter, and Syme later died in a 2001 automobile accident. Reeves says, "I wonder what the present would be like if they were here."
