The site Starpulse.com has learned that screenwriter Sharman MacDonald, who is actress Keira Knightley’s mother, is furious with tabloids insinuating that her daughter suffers from anorexia. MacDonald is accusing the press of being "playground bullies."
In addition, the screenwriter went on to say that she doesn’t understand why the media is so interested with her daughter’s weight.
The 23-year-old celebrity has denied rumours that her lean shape is the result of malnutrition and that her thinness is due to her genes.
Last year, the actress filed a lawsuit against a tabloid for stating that her anorexia was setting a bad example for young girls. The actress won her case.
