According to Britain’s ITV, Urban expressed his gratitude to Kidman for having stood by him while he was in rehabilitation.
The country singer was being treated at the Betty Ford Clinic in Palm Springs. For three months, Urban underwent treatment. The I Could Fly singer is now preparing for his tour in England.
Urban said of Kidman, "But my wife stayed extraordinarily strong and loving, my friends and family were there and it’s just been really overwhelming."
Urban and Kidman, both 39, were married shortly before he entered treatment.
