Kelly Clarkson has splashed out on a new home for $2.8 million in Tennessee.
The ‘Stronger’ hitmaker, 31, who tied the knot with music manager Brandon Blackstock in an intimate ceremony at the Blackberry Farm resort in Walland, Tennessee, last week, quietly purchased a sprawling estate in Hendersonville under a trust last year and is now living there with her new husband.
A local source told E! News: ”When Kelly is here, she is home. She is friendly to everyone.”
The ‘American Idol’ winner’s new home boasts seven bedrooms and nine bedrooms, a home cinema, gym, elevator, and sits on four-acres of land.
The blonde beauty recently revealed she is hoping to be pregnant with her first child in time for Christmas and has admitted a baby is all she wants as a gift from Brandon.
She said previously: ”I already told him that when we’re past the wedding, I want a baby. I was like, ‘That’s my Christmas present that you can give me.’ ”
Brandon has two children, Savannah, 12, and Seth, six, from a previous marriage, and Kelly also loves being a stepmother.
She said: ”I love it. They laugh at me. I love doing the homework, I love going to the games.”
