The 25-year-old singer has been heartbroken over the split with Luke Worrall, who had cheated on her-so she used her credit card to try to ease her pain.
"Kelly said shopping is helping to keep her from bawling her eyes out. Shopping makes her feel better about herself. She says it’s either shopping or eating. And eating is not where she wants to go for comfort," said a close friend of Osbourne’s.
Osbourne, who is Ozzy Osbourne’s daughter, and Worrall, a model, had been together for just over two years, lived together in Los Angeles and became engaged in March 2009.
The split will mean the end of their 16-month engagement.
Osbourne recently said she was having a lot of trouble accepting the breakup and was sure she wouldn’t recover.
Shortly before the separation, Osbourne had said:"I still can’t believe we’ve been together for so long. Before meeting him, my longest relationship was about six months. I never really thought I’d find love or be with someone for long. But since meeting Luke at a party in London two years ago, we’ve never really been apart!"
