Kelly Rutherford revealed that she called the police two times recently because she feared her husband, Daniel Giersch, reports People.
According to papers filed in court, the German businessman frightened her several times by yelling in her face.
The couple began divorce proceedings, which is turning out for the worst. They are battling for custody of their son Hermes, 2. Rutherford, 40, is also four-months pregnant. She announced that she is expecting a girl.
According to papers filed by Rutherford, the police had to ask Giersch, 34, to leave the premises twice, although no arrests had been made.
For one of the incidents, Rutherford recounted, "[He] kept yelling at me in front of Hermes, and threatening that he was going to take Hermes. [He] kept saying that I was ‘going to learn,’ and that he was ‘going to teach [me] a lesson.’"
