Kelsey and Camille Grammer have reached a financial settlement.
The 57-year-old actor divorced Camille, 44, in February 2011 but has now finally reached a financial agreement with his ex-wife nearly two years after they legally separated
A source told RadarOnline.com: "Camille and Kelsey had a post-divorce conference scheduled for December 20, but it has been taken off calendar because they hashed out a settlement within the last few days."
Their settlement is said to have been complicated because of joint financial investments made during their marriage, including purchasing properties together.
The source added: "Even though their divorce was granted in February 2011, they had been unable to reach a financial agreement until this time. Camille and Kelsey had a very complicated settlement because of the properties they owned together and various investments."
Since divorcing the ‘Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ star, Kelsey – who is most famous for his role as Dr. Frasier Crane in the sitcoms ‘Cheers’ and ‘Frasier’ – married fourth wife Kayte Walsh and the couple welcomed daughter Faith into the world in July.
Camille and Kelsey have two children, Mason, 11, and Jude, eight, together.
