Kelsey Grammer sells Beverly Hills mansion

Kelsey Grammer has sold his Spanish Colonial mansion in Beverly Hills for $6.7 million.

Kelsey Grammer has sold his Beverly Hills mansion for $6.7 million.

The former ‘Frasier’ star made a $200,000 profit on the Spanish Colonial home, selling the property just over a year after he and wife Kayte Walsh purchased it for $6.5 million.

Realtor Keller Williams Hollywood Hills says the building – built in 1926 – boasts a "dramatic two-story entry" which "blends perfectly proportioned galleria and step down living room" as well as six bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.

In the garden, the new owners can enjoy an "enchanting pool", a large separate guest house for entertaining visitors and a three car garage to house vehicles, which can be used on the on-site motor court.

The main level of the home features a formal dining room, play/media room, guest bathroom and an intimate den hidden away from sight.

There is also a large pantry with a refrigerated wine storage area and a large utility room with a bath, suitable for a butler or maid to reside in.

Kelsey – who recently relocated to a Holmby Hills mansion in Los Angeles with Kayte and their eight-month-old daughter Faith – is currently battling against his ex-wife Camille Grammer over items from their marital home, including their bed.

Camille sent removal men to her former spouse’s home to take away the item of furniture so he couldn’t use it with Kate, and has claimed their divorce settlement states the bed belongs to her.

The feisty blonde – who has children Mason, 11, and Jude, eight, with Kelsey – recently said: "It was in the settlement that I got the bed. He got everything he wanted, the whole book collection. But he was living somewhere else. He didn’t want the bedroom furniture.

"He never liked the bed. He gave it up. It was really his oversight."
