According to People magazine, Federline has filed documents to have the primary custody of the two sons he has with Britney Spears.
The documents were sent to the Superior Court in Los Angeles yesterday, by Federline’s lawyer.
Spears and Federline’s divorce was finalised less than two weeks ago, and joint custody of thier sons, 22-months and 10-months, was granted to the couple
A source close to Federline told People magazine that the rapper feared that Spears exposed his children to unnecessary risks. His lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan was optimistic about getting primary custody.
