Emmanuelle Khanh scored a 70s fashion hit when she launched a collection of large round glasses. She now plans to launch her first collection of frames and sunglasses for children.
The designer has decided to revive her hit model for adults, 5050 glasses, and make a children’s line called EK.
The line will offer models with large lenses in a range of colourful shades as well as in a floral motif or in a more retro version available in black and white.
The Emmanuelle Khanh eyewear collection for children will be sold at selected opticians.
The brand recently announced it would propose an alternative to the conventional headband. Starting in September, Emmanuelle Khanh will introduce a headband in the shape of the original glasses.
Young women will be able to add an original accessory to their hair by choosing between black, white and tortoiseshell.
