Kid Rock Helping the Homeless

Kid Rock is returning to the Waffle House in Georgia to try to make amends with the town.

Before doing a concert today (March 11) at Gwinnett Arena in Georgia, Kid Rock will be making a stop at the Waffle House in Duluth, where he was arrested last October for being involved in a fight.  He has pleaded not guilty to the charges of assault.  The rocker is available to sign autographs, greet fans and perform at the arena.  He would like to restore his image.

Pat Warner, spokesperson at the Waffle House explained, "For a while now, we’ve been working with Kid Rock’s management to try and turn a negative into a positive. We’re hoping to raise some money for a worthwhile charity."

All of the profits will be given to Nicolas House, an agency that helps homeless people in the area.  The event organisers are certain that they will have many of fans supporting Kid Rock, whose real name is Robert James Ritchie.
