Starpulse.com reports that Kid Rock showed a softer side of himself when he gave a pizza deliveryman $1 500.
Kid Rock was touched by the story of Harry Colyer, 28, who was attacked when making a delivery in Cincinnati. Colyer was beaten with bricks and a wooden board.
The man had to undergo emergency surgery to reconstruct his cheekbones and nose. He also partially lost hearing in his left ear.
Kid Rock decided to help him out by giving him $1 500. The singer’s rep, Nick Stern, confirmed the rocker’s generous gesture and added, "Kid Rock likes to quietly help people in need."
