Kid Rock was taken to a hospital emergency room last Friday (June 13), just minutes before he was to perform at a music festival in England, reported People.
Festival Download organisers have confirmed that the 37-year-old rock star was treated at a Nottingham hospital for dehydration and stomach cramps.
The day before, Kid Rock partied at a London club called Whisky Mist, where he stayed until the early morning hours.
Kid Rock was to take the stage on Friday afternoon, but an announcement was made that the star would not be performing due to illness.
