Sutherland and the designer, whom he allegedly punched in the face, could be reaching an amicable settlement, reports UsMagazine.com.
The charges pressed against the actor could be dropped, while Proenza Schouler stylist Jack McCollough has accepted Sutherland’s apologies.
The 24 star punched McCollough and broke his nose after he accidentally made Brooke Shields fall down during an event held on May 5.
During his appearance on Late Night with Jimmy Kimmel, Sutherland said he was sorry and added that he regrets his actions.
The actor’s trial is set for June 22, granted that the case is not dropped.
