Christopher Smith will not have the right to approach Kristen Dunst after he tried to introduce himself to her at her Hollywood residence last month.
Judge Richard E. Rico from the Los Angeles superior court has ordered the 25-year-old man not to come into contact with the actress, who plays Mary Jane Watson in Spider-Man, or her personal assistant.
Neither Dunst nor Smith were present in court when the judge ruled his decision.
