Singer Kylie Minogue denied rumours that she broke up with her boyfriend, model Andres Velencoso Segura. Orange News reports the speculation was unwarranted.
Minogue has been dating Segura for the last 18 months. He is 10 years her junior. Many tabloids reported this week that they had ended their relationship.
According to the rumours, it was Segura who broke things off following a fight that supposedly took place last week.
A source explained that the couple had been bickering for some time and Minogue complained that the model did not support her. The story went on to say that he had enough and broke things off.
The 42-year old singer decided to set the record straight. She wrote on Twitter: "Love life rumours have gone mad!!!!… Please pay no attention peeps (people)."
Minogue turned 42 last week. She celebrated the occasion with her boyfriend and some friends.
Before dating Segura, Minogue dated French actor Olivier Martinez for four years. They broke up in 2008.
