Last week, ten songs from the disc made their way onto the internet and were accessible for downloading by fans. Among the songs were Stars, Fall For You and Sensitized. It is believed that the singer deliberately leaked the songs.
Music analyst Phil Tripp who manages the Australian company Immedia told FemaleFirst, "She and her record company leaked the tracks deliberately. It’s the newest gimmick in the industry, the leaking of tracks. It’s the new marketing black. Everyone in the industry needs as much exposure as you can get, and you need as much advance publicity as possible."
Representatives for Minogue deny any wrongdoing, saying, "There would be no point in leaking songs on the net this far ahead of its release."
