Last Friday (November 26), speaking about her forthcoming Born This Way album at her Monster Ball tour in Gdansk, Poland, Lady Gaga promised fans that she would give them “the greatest album of this decade,” and that it might contain as many as 20 tracks, reports MTV News.
"I promise you, I’ll never let you down. And not for nothing: The album’s finished and it’s…really good," Gaga, 24, told the crowd. "So whatever this is, whatever you just did for all of us … I promise to give you the greatest album of this decade, just for you."
She went on to say that the spirit of her “sledge-hammering dance” album "is something so much deeper than a wig or lipstick or an outfit…Born This Way is about what keeps us up at night and what makes us afraid."
The pop star admits she’s still deciding how long the album will be, but wants to give her fans as much music as possible stating, “you guys deserve all of the records I do, ’cause I work hard on them. So who knows, you might get, like, 20 new Gaga songs.”
