Lady Gaga puts finishing touches on next album

Pop phenomenon says Born This Way album is “almost perfect.”

Pop phenomenon Lady Gaga, 24, is putting the finishing touches on her highly-anticipated new album, Born This Way, and recently took to her Twitter account on Wednesday (November 17) to keep fans in the loop.

“Endless melodies, hooks + poetry sledge-hammering my skull," she tweeted. "It won’t be much longer, it’s almost perfect. But I (we) don’t want almost."

When the album will launch is anybody’s guess, though Gaga has been playing songs from the album — like You and I and Living on the Radio — since the summer, discussing the project at length during her Monster Ball performances.

In September, at the 2010 MTV Video Music Awards, she announced the title of the album after winning Video of the Year.

People who’ve had the privilege of hearing some of the upcoming album are unanimous: Born This Way is in a class by itself.

Gaga’s manager, Troy Carter, said that he’s just starting to play music from Born for Interscope Records, and that the songs on the album are "incredible." He also hinted that the album would be "coming soon."
