Liam Payne’s bunny rabbit curtains

Liam Payne still had bunny rabbit curtains in his bedroom when he left home aged 16, and his parents still haven’t changed them.

Liam Payne still has bunny rabbit curtains in his bedroom from when he left home aged 16.

The One Direction hunk had the childish patterns hanging when he moved away from his parents to compete on ‘The X Factor’ in the UK in 2010, and as he never returned to live back at home, they are still in his room now.

In a bonus clip from the band’s ‘This Is Us’ film, Liam, now 20, goes back to his bedroom, where he explains: ”It’s so weird coming in here now. These are the curtains I used to wake up to every single morning.

”I was like 16 years old and I had bunny rabbit curtains. I used to actually think more about things like winning the lottery. And you just think, ‘What would you do like with that sort of money?’

”All I used to probably think about was, ‘I’d probably paint my bedroom and lose the bunny rabbit curtains.’ ”

Liam’s band mate Louis Tomlinson has previously said he sees him as the ”dad” of the group – which also includes Harry Styles, Zayn Malik and Niall Horan – as he is the most sensible out of them.

He said: ”On ‘The X Factor’ he took it so, so seriously but whenever I wanted to do something slightly mischievous, he was always the daddy. That’s why he got the name Daddy Directioner,

”He’s the dad you trust to book the holiday. Really, I’m sure he knows deep down that he’s sensible one.”
