The Oscar-winning star has launched Goop, where she gives advice to help improve the lives of her readers.
"My life is good because I am not passive about it. I want to nourish what is real, and I want to do it without wasting time," wrote Paltrow.
Among the pieces of advice given by the 35-year-old star, are entries about the simple pleasures in life such as cooking, exercise, and the joys of being a mother. "I love being a mother who has to overcome my bad qualities to be a good mother."
Paltrow is the mother of two children, Apple and Moses.
