Last weekend, Lil Wayne, whose real name is Dwayne Carter Jr., was reportedly involved in a fight between two Los Angeles gangs following a concert in New Orleans. The rapper was reportedly shot with a 9 mm automatic pistol.
However, the information turned out to be a hoax. Lil Wayne was not even close to Louisiana when the incident supposedly took place. The star was on tour on the east coast of the US. As expected, he performed in Long Island, New York on Saturday (August 1), and again on Sunday in Virginia.
