Florida chemist Jennifer Sunday has filed a lawsuit in Tampa against Lindsay Lohan and Lorit Simon.
According to People, Sunday claims that Lohan and her Las Vegas business partner have stolen the formula for her Sevin Nyne tanning spray.
Lohan and Simon launched Sevin Nyne in May and claim that it took them three years to develop the desired formula.
Sunday is suing Lohan, Simon and their company for breach of contract, theft of trade secrets, civil conspiracy, intentional interference with contractual rights and deceptive and unfair trade practices. Jennifer Sunday’s lawyer is asking for a share in the profits from the sales of the product.
Lohan’s rep refused to comment on the news.
