Lohan and her former boyfriend, Riley Giles, stayed at the Shutters Hotel for three days and made a complete mess of their room. According to sources, the couple drank everything in the mini bar, left cigarette butts and dirty towels everywhere in room 645.
A hotel source explained, "Staffers went into clean and were shocked. It was a pigpen. There was filth everywhere and the room stank of cigarette smoke."
A second source explained, "There was also a bloody syringe that someone left lying on the bedside table on a room service tray. Hotel security photographed it before calling someone to remove it because it was considered hazardous waste."
The hotel used a professional cleaning service to put the room back in order.
