According to American sources, Lindsay Lohan is being sued by photographer, Giovanni Arnold. Arnold was injured by the star, who was driving her mother’s BMW.
According to forms filled out by the victim, the star of Just My Luck and Freaky Friday was, "negligent and reckless". The accident happened on March 13 in New York.
Arnold had many injuries, and does not have the means to cover these damages. At this time, the amount estimated for the damages has not been revealed.
Lohan, 20, claims that the accident never happened.
