According to People, the passenger of the other vehicle involved in the accident, Raymundo Ortega, was injured in the accident and is suing Lohan for negligent driving. Ortega was 19 at the time of the accident. He is suing Lohan and Ivy Restaurant for serving a minor in the amount of $200 000.
