People magazine reported that Lindsay Lohan has started doing the community service hours that she was sentenced to do after she was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol.
The actress was seen in a Red Cross building in Los Angeles on Monday, November 12. She arrived in the afternoon and was greeted warmly by the personnel of the Red Cross. She was seen exiting the building a few hours later holding a book entitled BLOOD.
The 21-year-old actress was sentenced to four days in prison for the second charge of driving under the influence, but the authorities accepted that she do 10 hours of community service, rather than time behind bars.
Lohan will serve the rest of her sentence before January 2008.
