Lindsay Lohan headed for jail?

Judge tells troubled actress that all roads lead to jail time.

In her eighth court appearance in nine months, troubled Mean Girls actress Lindsay Lohan, 24, was back before a judge yesterday (February 23) for her probation hearing, reports People.

Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Keith Schwartz has to decide if he will revoke her probation for a 2007 drunk driving conviction after Lohan was charged last month with stealing a necklace from a Venice, California, jewelry store.

"I treat everybody the same," he told the actress. "I don’t care that you’re Lindsay Lohan vs. John Doe or Jane Doe. That doesn’t affect me."

"If you plead in front of me, if this case is resolved in front of me, you are going to go to jail. Period," he said.

The judge set a March 10 deadline for Lohan to decide if she will return to his court and face up to six months jail time, or go before another judge for a preliminary hearing and later stand trial on a charge she stole a $2,500 necklace, thereby violating her probation.

Upon leaving the courtroom, Lohan reportedly told a confidant that she “didn’t steal” and plans to go to trial rather than accept a plea bargain, according to TMZ.
