A suit has been filed against Lohan by three men who were passengers in her GMC Denali when she was arrested for the second time for driving while intoxicated. The incident took place in July 2007, reports People.
The actress was reportedly aggressive that evening, and the three men say that they, "felt surprise, shock, fear and panic at Lohan’s surprising and sudden act."
According to the lawsuit, Lohan was driving erratically that night trying to catch her personal assistant in the streets of Santa Monica.
Ronnie Blake, Jakon Sutter and Dante Nigro filed the case against Lohan. They are seeking unspecified damages.
