Mean Girls movie star, Lindsay Lohan, 24, was transferred to another rehabilitation center a few days ago amid security concerns according to her father, Michael Lohan.
Enrolled in the Betty Ford Center in California since October, when the judge ordered her to complete treatment after violating her probation for driving while intoxicated, she left the center because there are some fears about her safety.
The actress has been receiving strange phone calls and text messages, including some from former manager and friend of Britney Spears, Sam Lutfi, who reportedly tried to contact her. But according to Michael Lohan, Lutfi is not the reason his daughter is being moved, reports Starpulse.
"When I heard that Sam texted Lindsay I told him to stop immediately… (But) Sam is not the reason Lindsay was moved. It was two other individuals that caused her to move for her safety…"
