Presley has been served by her former employee, reports Perez Hilton.
In court documents, Christina White claimed that she was hired by the King’s daughter shortly after Presley gave birth to her twin girls, Harper and Finley, in October 2008.
White is suing Presley because the star never paid her overtime while she was working seven days a week.
Additionally, the ex-nanny added that the star never allowed her to take meal breaks.
No comment has been made by Presley or her representatives.
