The singer, who is on the verge of finalising the adoption of her son David Banda, 2, from Malawi, would now like to adopt a child from India after visiting the country, reported FemaleFirst.
During her trip to India with her husband Guy Ritchie, and her children, David Banda, Lourdes, 11, and Rocco, 7, the star discussed the possibility of adopting with choreographer Sandip Soparrkar, who has adopted a child from India.
Soparrkar stated, "We spoke about how there are so many children in India who need homes."
Madonna initially wanted to adopt from Africa, but gave up since the adoption process was too complicated.
