The Queen of Pop and the former heavyweight boxing champion will go to Malawi, Africa together to raise public awareness about children affected with HIV/AIDS.
FemaleFirst reports that the two stars decided to collaborate after an encounter at the Cannes Film Festival in France, where they were both promoting their documentaries.
A source revealed that Madonna found Mike simply incredible and asked him for a private screening of his documentary, entitled Tyson. Tyson immediately accepted, and in exchange for her interest, asked if he could join the singer in Malawi this summer to spread the word about the HIV problem and the children affected.
Madonna produced the film, I Am Because We Are, which presents the critical situation in Malawi where millions of orphans suffer from the deadly disease.
