The music superstar was spotted in a vehicle with her 17 month-old son, David, who was not properly constrained in a car seat.
According to Us Weekly, the 48 year-old star and her husband, filmmaker Guy Ritchie, were going to the Kabbalah Centre with all three of their children in Los Angeles. The family jumped into their SUV in a storm of flashes from several members of the paparazzi. A witness explained, "There was no car seat. (Madonna) sat in the middle row, and they left with David on her lap."
