People reports that actress Marcia Cross’s husband, stockbroker Tom Mahoney, is battling cancer.
"He is currently under treatment and is responding very well," says Heidi Slan, Cross’s spokesperson.
The couple married in June 2006 and have twin girls, Eden and Savannah, now 23-months-old.
No other details have been revealed about the state of Mahoney’s health.
