The star had to attend a promotional event for his new film, The Happening, while sporting a splint on his thumb.
The actor revealed that his 4-and-a-half-year-old daughter committed the crime during an appearance on The Today Show. He said, "She whacked me. We were playing tennis. She was thrilled."
