RollingStone.com has revealed details on a new album for the group Maroon 5.
In an interview, singer Adam Levine said that the group has been working on several new songs for the last few months. Recording should be completed soon, but they do not know when.
The group is recording their new album in a Switzerland studio with producer Mutt Lange.
Levine did not reveal a lot of details because the project has not yet taken shape. He also mentioned that fans should not expect collaborations with other artists on the new album. However, he did promise that the new album will have the sound of Maroon 5. He said, “It’s us, just newer, better, fitter, happier, stronger. It’s going to be good.”
The last album for the group, It Won’t Be Soon Before Long, was released in 2007.
