The American magazine Life & Style reports that the 53-year-old actor is seriously considering marriage to his model girlfriend.
The two were spotted shopping for jewellery recently, notably at Cartier in Beverly Hills. The two lingered in the engagement ring section, where Heming seemed to be interested in a platinum ring with small diamonds.
Willis is 23 years older than Heming. He was first married to actress Demi Moore in 1987.
